　　The report generally believes that the imposition of tariffs by the United States has put significant pressure on Germany's exports to the United States, and the lower than expected stimulus effect of fiscal measures such as the large-scale infrastructure fund announced by Germany in the middle of the year has become the main reason for the downward adjustment of expectations. The Kiel Institute for World Economy Research stated that due to trade disputes caused by tariffs and the weakening of Germany's own competitiveness, it is expected that Germany's exports will decline by 0.2% in 2025, with a particularly prominent decline in exports to the United States.

　　The Munich Economic Research Institute stated that the continued widespread imposition of tariffs by the United States is putting pressure on the global economy and trade, while the German economy is also undergoing profound structural changes. The agency reported that it expects the German economy to grow by 0.8% and 1.1% in 2026 and 2027, respectively, a decrease of 0.5 percentage points from previous forecasts.
