  Vertical stainless steel drying and mixing machine (specifically designed for plastic pellets)

  This equipment is the core auxiliary machine in the plastic processing industry, integrating mixing, drying, and coloring functions. It is designed specifically for plastic particles, crushed materials, recycled materials, and other materials. It is made of stainless steel material, balancing cleanliness and durability, and is suitable for front-end raw material processing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and blown film.

  1、 Core structure

  The main body is a vertical cylindrical structure, and the parts in contact with the material are mostly made of 304 stainless steel (316L is optional for corrosive materials). The inner wall is polished, and the anti sticking material is easy to clean. The main structure includes:

  Mixing system: The core is the spiral lifting blade, which transports the material upwards from the center of the bucket bottom, and disperses and falls back in an umbrella shape at the top, forming an upward and downward convection cycle; Some models are equipped with wall scraping paddles that adhere to the barrel wall to scrape off adhesive materials, avoiding local overheating or uneven mixing.

  Drying system: Double layered jacket barrel design, filled with insulation layer in the middle; Paired with an electric heating tube (or steam heating) and a hot air circulation fan, the hot air is evenly blown out from the bottom air duct of the bucket, penetrating the material layer to remove moisture; The top is equipped with a moisture outlet and dust collection device, which not only discharges moisture but also recovers fine powder, reducing waste and pollution.

  Electronic control system: equipped with time relay, temperature controller, overload protector, can accurately set mixing time (adjustable from 0-60 minutes), drying temperature (adjustable from room temperature to 180 ℃), and automatically stop after reaching the set value, easy to operate.

  Auxiliary structure: The top is equipped with a feeding port (which can be equipped with a suction machine for automatic feeding), and the bottom is equipped with a butterfly valve discharge port; The body is fixed with a tripod, and some small models come with swivel wheels for easy movement.

  2、 Working principle

  After the material is added to the bucket, the propeller blade rotates at high speed, causing the animal material to roll up and down and mix by convection, achieving uniform dispersion of particles, colorants, and additives; At the same time, the heating system is activated, and hot air circulates inside the bucket, fully contacting the flowing material and rapidly evaporating moisture; Moisture is discharged from the moisture outlet, and drying and mixing are completed simultaneously without the need for staged operations.

  Efficient and energy-saving: mixing and drying integrated, saving more than 50% of time compared to the traditional process of "drying first and then mixing"; The double-layer insulation jacket reduces heat loss and energy consumption by 30% compared to ordinary models.

  High mixing uniformity: convection circulation stirring has no dead corners, and even when the proportion of colorants added is as low as 0.2%, the uniformity can still reach over 98%, meeting the needs of plastic coloring and modification.

  Good drying effect: Hot air penetration drying ensures uniform heating of materials and prevents local coking; The moisture content of plastic particles can be reduced from above 5% to below 0.5%, suitable for high demand injection molding production.

  Food grade/industrial grade compatibility: Stainless steel material meets hygiene standards and can be used for drying and mixing food particles (such as grains and nuts) in addition to the plastic industry.

  2. Selection key

  Select according to material characteristics: for processing easily clumped recycled materials, prioritize models with scraping blades; To quickly dry thick walled particles, choose a configuration with higher hot air volume.

  Select by production capacity: For small-scale trial production, choose 100-200L models; for large-scale production, choose models with 500L or more, or use multiple units in parallel.

  Additional features: Automatic feeding is required and can be equipped with a vacuum suction machine; Select models with PID temperature control for precise temperature control; The dust-free workshop uses a style with a dust recovery device.
