The dry powder mortar storage tank serves as a carrier for dry powder mortar stored on the construction site. Bulk dry powder mortar is transported to the construction site via a mortar transport vehicle, and the dry powder mortar is pneumatically conveyed to the storage tank. During use, it can be mixed by a continuous mixer at the lower end.
The vertical dry powder mortar tank is a multifunctional device that integrates transportation, storage, and mixing functions. It mainly features the following characteristics: it adopts a shunt aggregate type anti-segregation device, which has good anti-segregation effect; it can monitor the storage status of dry mixed mortar in the silo in real time; it has a panel control, which makes operation simple, and allows for the selection of two working modes: "manual" or "automatic"; it comes with a built-in mixer, which can mix dry mixed mortar with water in proportion to produce usable wet mortar.
After the vertical dry powder mortar tank is transported to the construction site via a mortar transport vehicle, the mortar is conveyed to the storage tank through the vehicle's pneumatic conveying system, and then dust is removed using a dust removal device (cloth bag or water). The dry powder mortar in the tank falls uniformly through a butterfly valve connected to the lower end of the tank, driven by its own gravity and the vibration of the internal vibration motor. During normal use, the butterfly valve is opened in a large position. When the dry powder mortar enters the mixer, it undergoes pre-mixing at the mixer's propelling end, and then undergoes forced quantitative output through a spiral propelling shaft. As it enters the mixing end, a water pump provides a horizontal quantitative water source. After mixing, the mortar and water are combined into wet mortar, which is lowered through an outlet. The water amount for standard consistency is manually controlled using a regulating valve (the water amount for standard consistency is provided by the mortar factory according to the product formula and is allowed to fluctuate within a certain range). After pressing the start button, the vibration motor, main drive motor, water pump, and solenoid valve all start. The vibration motor works intermittently under the control of a time relay, while the rest operate with the mixing time. Apart from dust removal and ash collection, carbon dioxide emissions are significantly reduced.
